Hygiene Shopping Aug 31

So, I went to the non descript mart of wals and picked up some stuff. This is a really short haul in the hygiene department but,  I hope you enjoy looking at some cool products I got. 

First, we got these 2 bottles of "bubble bath" (I don't know what you're supposed to call it). I've never tried the coconut oil one but I am an avid user of coconut oil and products containing it. To be honest, my husband grabbed this and I didn't know lol. The "Soothe & Sleep" one is what we like to use for our daughter to help her chill out before bed. It smells nice and calming. This brand's formula for bubble bath makes it so you don't have to use a lotto make a nice amount of bubbles and make the whole bathroom smell amazing. 

Next, we got some Mouthwash. We really needed the kids mouthwash for our daughter because she was out and she doesn't like using the one for adults. With the crest mouthwash, I personally haven't tried it before but my husband recommended it and I like trying new things.

This is the main reason we went to this section of the store. It's pretty standard lol. Eventually, I'll get into natural deodorant but for now I use the one with aluminum because even when I'm not active I tend to sweat.

Lastly, we got this Cantu moisturizing curl activator cream. I got this because I'm trying to reduce the amount of manipulation I have to do to my daughter's hair without it getting dry and getting frizzy. I plan to use this to style and refresh her curls.

Good morning, ladies! So last time I posted about the skin care routine it was BYOMA set that I found to see if I'd like the brand. Since then, I have gone to buy full size products, and this is what I have in my routine today. (I put this in order of how I use them) I start off with creamy jelly cleanser and tri-ceramide complex, licorice root, and green tea. It's a great gentle cleanser so it won't be able to take off all of your make up in the first go. It has a good lather and doesn't have any irritating fragrances. Next, I go in with the hydrating serum it also has the Tri-ceramide complex but with this one has squalene and glycerin in it. I like this one because it goes into the skin really easy and smooths on real quick. It makes this nice hydrating layer. Running & Cardio | My Fitness Journey

Running and cardio has become a very integral part of my fitness routine. I run three times a week and then use the Stairmaster at least once a week, usually. I used to be horrible at running. I used to be incredibly slow. When I first started, the goal was always to run 2 miles, but it was also to run 2 miles quickly. When I started, I would run two miles in 23 minutes and some change, but my goal was to run two miles in 18 minutes and 30 seconds. It took me two months to hard training and injuring myself, but I eventually got to do it. For years after that, I still hated running, but I still had to do it. It wasn't until I took matters into my own hands that I was able to get better.  For years, I was made to train in groups who led the training based on their own abilities and just assumed that everybody else would be able to do it. Mocha vibes - OOTD

 Today’s agenda was to run some errands. I wanted to order some glasses for my daughter and some contacts for myself and fix my son’s phone. I also took a quick-ish trip to dollar tree and got some fun stuff for crafting and cleaning. The OOTD! I’m wearing this super cute jumpsuit from Rainbow and this Hoodie shacket  from Walmart. I love a good one piece / jumpsuit outfit. I plan to get more because it makes outfit planning easier and my go to way to style this is with a loose jacket that’s either a similar color or black. I accessorized with an Unas Annus dad hat (the website no longer exists) but I feel like I should’ve added some jewelry to give it a little more “I tried” lol. I chose my glasses with the brown frames today because I couldn’t find the gold ones but I could have done a gold necklace and tied it all together. *All links are affiliate links and I get a small commission if you use them
