Trying Clean Girl makeup + Highlighter & Brow Gel Review

For today's post, I did a combination of reviewing some products and trying out clean makeup. The trend had fascinated me because it made people look very naturally. Beautiful. And I wanted to try it out on my own.

So, one the two products that I tried are the Brow Atelier Groom & Sculpt Tinted Brow Gel in Truffle and I think that overall it worked well, it reminds me of the glossier boy brow, which I did not use, but I feel like it does the job very well. It's very budge proof once it sets. I think the color that was chosen for me, by Ipsy, is really good and I like the bristles are really hard but I feel like That's not a downside. It just means that they're not going to start smearing too easily.

I do think that it's a little unforgiving when you have to clean it up. But overall, I think it's really good and sweat proof.

The second product that I look that I tried today was a powder highlighter.

I found it to be a little dark for me which is surprising because usually finding products for darker skin tones is really hard so this actually a surprise it was almost more like a blush than a highlighter because of its pink undertone.

It was really pretty, and the shine was really good. It looks good on me, but if I had put it a little more close closer to my blush, it might have Blended a little better because of the more Pinker undertone, it just kind of looked out of place, but I did think it was really nice and for people whose undertone it matches and for darker skin tones, it would look amazing.

And i tried to make this makeup look natural but unfortunately I did end up setting this because I put on concealer and the concealer I use was the Maybelline Fit Me concealer and I didn't do too much Contour because I didn't want the lines to be too harsh. And I did a little bit of blush with the Maybelline velvet lip stick.

I tried not to do too much of my eyes. I did set my eye area with powder because it does tend to get oily and I feel like setting it with powder, didn't do too much, but I probably should have powdered less because I ended up powdering more and making the look look, a little less natural, and do we like, I had hoped to, I wanted to look to be very wet. So, I use a lot of creams or liquid products as many as I had, because I don't have as many.

But for the overall look, I did do a little more because I planned on taking pictures that day, like usually I would not use eyeliner for that look because it would take away from the realism but I tried to make it as thin as possible and I think I succeeded on that and it just adds that little bit that just photographs really well at shaping my eyeballs. And I did end up using an actual lip liner this time around and doing the gloss thing that I've seen everybody doing and I Actually have fallen in love with that. I just use whatever lip liner I can find.

I'm not that picky with lip liners. My go-to is are usually made by what wild and just anything of a darker color, usually a brown and sometimes even a dark plummy color.

I hope this was entertaining to read and this helped you out in some way, shape, or form. I do recommend the products that I did review within this. So, I hope you guys are having a great time in life. Make sure to drink water stay hydrated.
