Weekly Check-in August 27th,2022

So, I've decided to do a weekly check-in type of blog post so that I could stay connected with my audience because I used to do vlogs where I would have updates and I would talk to the camera and everything,but my life is really boring now so there's not a lot of interesting things to Vlog except for cleaning in Sunday Reset videos. I do vlogs still but they are more-so a short version because of YouTube shorts, they're pushing that a lot more now. So I started making that content and I do find that that's a little more rewarding when I feel like it keeps me from rambling on for ages. A good example would be that I've already made this blog post before but I did just keep on rambling on so I'm making it again. 
So for the past week or two, I have been super stressful so I'm having a lot of hormonal acne so I have begun to appreciate Prebiotic and probiotic skincare a lot more because I feel like it definitely gives my skin this sort of balance that it needs, because it is panicking. It feels like my skin is panicking because everything's just a little more chaotic than it wants it to be because of the stress as well as the fact that I started my cycle and that is also, you know, causing its own type of acne. So I've learned that Prebiotic and probiotic skincare items like moisturizers, which is the only thing I really been using. My skin, really likes them and just like specifically, on times when it's like, having trouble balancing acne, so I will have to start adding in some acne fighting and probiotic elements into my skin care. So you will see an updated skincare certain. A lot of the products that I've been using that are probiotics and prebiotics are actually samples. So I'm going to have to either get the big version of those or get an affordable version that is also just as effective because a lot of the stuff that I use is from Ipsy and Ipsy does not always, but most of the stuff that Ipsy shows, especially skins care is usually a little on the pricier side, and I use Ipsy because I Don't want to just pay full price to try a product that I'm not sure if I'm going to enjoy. So I'm going to have to just go to Walmart, go to Target, go to maybe even the grocery store, depending on, you know, what we have going on and see if they have any probiotic or Prebiotic products that will suit my skin. I've also trying been trying out some other products that I've been enjoying. So you'll see a separate post about that. 

Another thing that's been happening is I think I've been losing weight and not on purpose, so I will be deliberately eating and deliberately meal prepping So you will see more posts about that actually, I've been putting food posts on my alternate website mosoentertainment.com because I want that to be our conjoined (Me and my husband's) website because he likes gaming, I like gaming and it's also like where we post food videos or food on our Instagram. So, I want to tie that into the website as well so you can have recipes and you can have gaming. I wanted to be a really interesting Dynamic nerd situation. 

So I will be meal prepping because my diet is atrocious. I've been skipping meals by accident just because I've either come home and go to sleep because I'm so tired from how stressed I was the entire day as well as the fact that the baby doesn't always take her naps because there's loud people in the house now. So I will get the baby to sleep and then the baby will get me to sleep in turn because she's always really adorable and comforting.

I'll also be doing a lot more Fitness content, because of the fact that I've been losing weight, I've also been losing muscle mass not just fat because my fat percentage has always been low. So the fact that I am losing weight, means that some of that is muscle, which is not good for me because my whole point of working out is to build strength and not just to run fast. We were running more which is good for improving my running but it's bad for the type of body shape that I'm trying to build. So I'm just going to have to eat and work out deliberately. I will have to work out on the weekends more so than I have already and I'll have to work out after work. If I really want to build this body type that I really want. 
So other than my eating habits changing and my skin exploding. I'm also trying to start school soon. I want to get into an online college, not going to say which one, because I think online is the best course of action for me and for my current career because I don't have a lot of freedom to actually go to school and experience the whole environment. Also I don't think I like the school environment anyway. So this is a much better alternative for me. I want to progress in my career so schooling is definitely going to help with that as well as increasing my knowledge, in my field of work. I'm going for my associates degree and I am doing like information technology work without a degree. I am in the lucky position that I can do that but I do want to actually learn so that I can get a degree. Maybe I'll work you up to a bachelor's depending on how I feel one thing's for sure. I am definitely going for my associates. I need at least one degree because I'm trying to level up to a certain area.

I hope that you guys kind of feel where I'm coming from because my Vlogs that I actually would update you guys in or my get ready with me, were really annoying to edit because I don't want to hear myself ramble. I would rather just spell check everything and then not have to edit in the product that I'm using, or make sure the backgrounds that doing something weird, like my child running by under-dessed or something.
