Good morning,  I have lived in Colorado for 3 years but I didn't really explore any of it. Two days ago I actually went around the state and saw some cool stuff. We picked up a family member from the airport and went to Misaki sushi for a quick bite. It was really good! I got the unagi sashimi and chicken kaarage. I have been working out for over 10 years now and there are two things I've learned about meeting your goals: consistency in your workouts and consistency in your nutrition.
